Was supposed to fly to Houston and check a project, but prior to boarding the plane they discovered a huge crack in one of the windows.
I managed to snap a pic of the crack ... see below....

Since my best freind growing up was conceived in Cuba born in the US. His mother and sister are originally Cuban. I learned functional Spanish. Oh yeah...his mom had her docterate in English and viscously corrected our grammar in both english and spanish. She was my HS spanish teacher and Dave was best man at my wedding.

Cuba was a very bad subject for my Aunt ....her first hubby lost a fortune (literally) when Castro rose to power. Uncle owned a casino on the island and took a really big hit $$$

Dave's Mom came over with her daughter in 62 pregnant with Dave. They were upper class there. They lost everything...literally. His dad was secretely in bed with the new regime and never came over.
BTW...if you look at them they look Spain spanish. Fair skinned.
They are as American as they come.

Aunt Betty would have shot Castro herself if she had it to do over. The Bay of Pigs fiasco was the last straw in marriage #1, and for any Democratic votes fom our family.
