1.5 oz BACARDI Rum (superior)
12 fresh spearmint leaves (mint leaves)
1/2 lime
7 oz club soda
2 tbsp. simple syrup
(or 4 tsp. sugar)
Use tall glass.
slice up half a lime and drop into empty glass drop 12 mint leaves in and muddle (smash and grind the pi$$ out of it with a blunt object)
add simple syrup or sugar, fill glass with ice, add rum, add club soda and stirr like hell.
you may want to add more simple syrup or sugar to make sweeter.
another half ounce of rum makes it a little better too. ;)
When your done it should look like something a manatee would eat.
