Anyone use a Air Dock Boat Lift? Or know of one for sale? Had a Hydro Hoist for a few years but the Marina I'm in now doesn't have enough water depth.

I was searching for a while, never found any. I ended up with a hydrohoist that I have to rebuild. How much water do you have? There is an abandoned cantilever water powered cylindar style lift on C dock at castaway bay. Also, the Sunstream Float lift works in shallow water. Good luck!

Could have made it work if I moved it all the way to the end of the dock, I sold it last fall. I got tired of having to drag it to and from the travel hoist at the marina. Looks like the Air dock I could drag up on the deck and take it home in the fall. Our marina was charging $400 to store the hoist. I can buy I new Air Dock for around $3500.00 would like to talk to someone that has used one.

I own one but it is sitting brand new in my garage as I haven't had a running boat long enough to need one so far...

Air dock is the only system allowed at LYC and I know a few guys that have used them with no problem. The big issue is not puncturing it - either with your spedo water pickup by pulling in too far or by letting it rub against the dock (plan on buying 2-3 good fenders to keep horizontal at water level). Other than that, I've seen it run a bunch of times and it works great. You can change the boat attitude by increasing air front or rear (great for letting the water off of the dip in the Cafe).
