Donzi, Gilligan and I have been sleeping on dads fishing boat that stays docked in sunshine Key marina, anyway the night before last Gilligan started raising hell in the middle of the night. I crawl out of the cabin to see 3 monroe county crusiers in the back of the parking lot behind the marina, cops are all over around the back of the building and theres all kinds of yelling in some language other than english, this goes on all night, I say fuk it and go back to sleep S&W under pillow.:tank:
I wake up in the morning and Dad tells me that there are a bunch of shoeless cubans roaming the RV park asking for $$, soon after Coast Guard/Customs/FWC/Local/State Police/ are flocking into the marina. Supposedly their boat ran aground the afternoon before on the otherside of the island held together with wire and powered by a combine engine, no steering. I tried to get out to take a pic but they had already towed it away.
Most likely they will be allowed to stay and mooch off of our tax dollars:mad:
Several fishermen went right past the "empty boat" the afternoon before from a distance, no one thought anything of it since theres still a lot of boats stuck in random places from the hurricanes.
Nice to know that the Coast Guard and Homeland Security and "protecting out shores"
