I think that one is due for an R&R, rake and redo. That's all we ever did for the first five years we did them, then they got on this re-image kick, so that's 90% of what we've done the past five years. Two months ago, the gc I work for had six MCD's in permitting, when word came down from above in McDonalds Corp, and they pulled the plug on all the projects. I had all my eggs in that gc's basket. I haven't had a crew out in over two months. If something doesn't break soon, I'll be living in a box under an overpass. :(

Actually, just yesterday I got a contract from a new to me GC, but I also got the schedule. The tile won't be going in until March. :(

I wish you lived closer. I cant find anyone that can do decent work.:mad: I paid to have my roof fixed, which lasted a few months and its back to leaking again, so Im tearing out a ceiling as we speak to try and figure it out myself! I absolutely hate home repair.:mad:
