Where can I find red bulb covers for those tiny bulbs in the speedo and tach?

Are you talking about these or am I way off?

Yes, but these are super tiny bulbs. Not the normal size. And Flying J is cheaper on the normal sized ones.

Woo Woo

Trim gauge is gone, no trim senders, so it was pointless.

Fuel gauge is going into the side of the gunnel in front of the throttle.

Now, does Baja still do the classic wiring "job"? LOL

I have heard amazing stories how autometer and nordskogs use the same stuff ...... :)

Bomar, they are tiny bulbs. Not the standard one found in most gauges.

As for Autometer and Nordskog.... I am now really looking forward to not having to switch out gauges on the water this year. Will make prop testing a lot easier. Nothing like trying to see what RPM it pulls when the tach sways between 5500 and 6500 (on an engine that has a limiter at 5300).

Notice the bulb on the left is a standard bulb with a cover. The bulb on the right is the specialty bulb found in the SS tach and speedo. Chap stick is for size refrence.

Flying J is the cheapest for standard size covers that I have found.

The lamp is a T6.5 3watt which is a DIN standard. The width is about 5mm.

The list goes on but we do not carry them. Before you go further please try the ones you have. Red is the opposite of green (the numbers) I'm afraid they will not light very well.

That might mean I don't need a dimmer! Will try them sometime this week to see how dim they get.

And, while I have your attention! Nordskog and Autometer both sell GPS analog speedo's..... Beeyotch!!!!!
