Some unbelievable hardware this year. I think I have officially seen every boat Ive wanted to see in person.
I guess I'll start with Statement first. What impressed me the most was the hinges on the motor lid. Those are a work of art alone. The interior and air ride system were pretty unique too!

Liquid Glass, probably one of my favorites from the weekend. They let me get on board for awhile and snoop around, even gave me a shirt.

The Corvette MTI was a cool boat. Love the color!

Like it or hate it, I believe the Batman boat is the most detailed boat Ive ever seen.

A Baja with a few extra speakers and possibly the cleanest 370 on the planet.

Could it be our very own "Outlawcowgirl"? After talking to her for years online, several times on the phone, and physically seeing her boat 2 yrs in a row I still havent met her! :Rules:
;)
BTW, I was flipping through a magazine backwards and saw a boat I recognized. Flipped to the next page and sure enough it was Carrie being interviewed. Too cool!

I'd like to see the exhaust routing on an installed version of that LPG V16.

statement is ten years ahead in technology and ten years too late for the market. man they build an awesome boat. wonder what they could do in an outboard center console... something in the 100mph range:devil:

The attention to detail on some of theese theme boats is very impressive indeed. But I never did get the whole themed thing. Why try to make a $800k boat look like a $40k car??? or even an $800k car, its a boat not a car end of story. Same thing with the fizzled out Chopper fad, $50k for a chopper that resembles a $700 chainsaw....no thanks.

The Sunsation ran well with 525 Raylars. Easily hitting 90 with 7 people, coolers, & fuel. Ran 93+ GPS in the shootout although someone or something screwed up and they posted 115.

I had no odea that there was going to be 2 full pages on me in the program. I just answered the questions I was emailed. It is pretty kewl though!
GREG! I texted you Saturday night to tell you I was at Cptn Ron's for dinner. You told me to get ahold of you if I was over there. It was a late dinner though. Next year I guess.
I have a lot of work to do on B-Nauti this winter. I have got to get the RPMs up. That engine in not running at it full potential. Coming in second REALLY sucks!

Just giving you a hard time!:D
We went back to the house while it was still light out (and still had a completely sober skipper). Last year we had a long way to go in the dark and didnt want to attempt that again. We stayed in and cooked some extremely large steaks and eliminated a few cans from the cooler. :Drunk101:

Hey Tony! The entire crew is doing well. Thanks for asking!
Gordo ran twice at the Shootout and won his class and Top Gun. He went 53 mph and 51 mph. We are so proud of him! His boat just got the engine installed about 3 weeks ago. It was having so problems but at least it ran!!!
