My question.....................why in the hell do people in the city get a dog, tie it up outback to bark day and night and neglect it? Man that pisses me off! They are so inconsiderate of the rest of the neighborhood. I usually just shoot off some bottle rockets towards their house hoping they get the point!:mad:

I have dogs in the city,but they are not outside 24/7 either,If I can hear them barking too much I bring them in.

Here in Topeka, Kansas there is a law that a dog cannot be tie up for more than I think four hours at a time. Dang good law if you ask me.
