Its about 1450 at Sandusky Harbor Marina where I dock but I think that can be negotiated this year.

1750.00 at my Marina in lakeside, they are all about that in Lakeside/Marblehead area, Sandusky seems a little cheaper, I am right on the lake, no harbor, that is a huge plus here with the shallow lake at the end of the season, I always have 6-8ft no matter what. Prob can be negotiated this year too... not alot of people renewing docks this year...

Look at the one I posted for TeamBaja... newer boat kinda seems cheap...not sure what those are worth but not bad for a newer 23 footer..

The "Sandusky seems a little cheaper" part of that has me wondering if your referring to Sandusky Ohio or another Sandusky that I'm not aware of:confused:
40 Foot Dock Piers 1, 5, 6 & 8 42 Feet 2 - 30 amp; 125 volt $3,375 This seems typical at CP, Sunrise, Venetian and Battery park give or take a couple hundred.

Definately not Sandusky, OH.
Venetian Docks: 30' $1900+$54/ft for any overhang
35' $2425 +$56/ft for overhang
Racks: 30' $2125
Son Rise Docks: 40' dock is $3,040.
I'm not good with numbers but I dont think that is cheaper...

I'm sure there are small docks that can be found for a decent price in the back bay area around Monroeville marina and Castaway Bay. Buy the boat worry about the dock later:cool1:
I'm sure there are some dirt cheap docks available in the old fishing marinas around the Turtle creek area and further up near Anchor point

There comes a time in every young man's life when he realizes that bangin chics in the back seat of sports cars and millitary vehicles just isnt very comfortable. You should have no problem scoring at the sandbar in a cruiser with a rib tied to the back.:D
And dont worry about being underage, I was 19 when I first started partying on the islands by myself, Im sure you will figure it out. Just dont do anything stupid that were gonna have to bail you out of in the wee hours of the morning.

In this weeks Auto RV there is a 28', and a 25' cabin cruiser both are under $3k.
Theres also a Bucyrus Erie dragline for $7,500 if you want to get into the moat digging business.

I know that there were a ton of docks last year around us, Turtle Creek, Fenwick, Turtle Point, Lamberjacks all have docks. Only a few of them have power and water but they are cheap. You are about 15-20 miles from all the islands though and it can be a great cruise or super hell, especially in the a.m.

You should try to find an old Marinette then you don't have to worry about rot and you can weld whatever you want to it.
I found a 35 last year for 6k with a trailer that was in great shape for my little brother but then his conservative side got the best of him.

Those are the ones with websites that list dock fees. I know of several in Catawba that are unlisted. Maybe i should get a dock at Herl's harbor (the all sailboat marina between midway and Catawba moorings)

Herl's is not all sail...lot of variety there. Easy to get to by Golf Cart.
Buy a POS trailer in out place for about 25k---you own 1/84th of the place!. $1500 a year includes docks, water, sewer, maintence fees, boat storage, in/out fees...etc etc etc. The home tax is only $36 per year :Bunny1:
We have deep water and pretty good docks. Could stand some more young blood there!

Dude...you know you have a slip anytime you come up. If you park a boat for anymore than 14 days total a park member must have the title and a slip to put it in.
There is an old Trojan 32' in the park for sale. Maybe I should "buy" it for you and try to get free dockage for the summer. LOL
