It is finally home....it doesn't even come close to fitting in the garage.

To make a long story short, the guy that was restoring my boat sucks at meeting deadlines. Finally, after finding out he was arrested I went up Thursday and repo'd my own boat.

It still has some things that need done, but nothing major. I will finish the rest myself. I needed to do some work to my trailer today so I took it down to the Scioto River and splashed it for the first time. This was the first time I have had it in the water. I did not run it as it is still really cold here and I didn't want to have to winterize it again.

Here are the most current pics. It still either needs a fresh coat of bottom paint or stripped off. It will probably wait until next year at this point.

It will be just for a few days. I will be renting one at Alum just so I can get the trailer done.

I hope you did not lose your antifreeze much, even setting it in will let some out and water in, be careful.

Looks good!

How did you get 2!! Is one for your boat?

That would be awesome if I could use one for a few days. I will be camping there again the last week in May. I need to make sure my boat is pretty much done by then.

So far so good. :cool1: The backing-into-garage shot is kinds funny - but hey, there's only one way to find out, right?

Of course, I am partial to Formulas w/ black hulls...

Very nice looking Formula. I am partial to the black boats too. I really like the black hull thing. Alot of people tried to talk me out of it, but I think it came out great. Sure there is more up keep, but that's part of having a boat right?

I knew it wouldn't fit in the garage. I was just trying to no block the sidewalk. Even if it would have cleared the door, the garage is no where near long enough. I think I have the shortest garage ever put on a house. My truck doesn't fit either. Hell, even my wife's BMW 5 series only leaves about 3 feet left over.
