Hell just go to any Waterbeds and Stuff store, they have a whole counter full of interesting tobacco pipes and other "novelty" items for the recreational user. Go in drop 4k on a custom matress and they may even throw bowl or 2.

There is a sign behind the counter that basically says if you refer to the items as anything other than tobacco pipes then you will be asked to leave. :rolleyes:
