Got the port engine finished today, hopefully get starboard done this week, I hope to make labor day weekend!! :Boating98:

New Scat cranks, blocks alighn honed, decked, hot tanked, cleaned, clearances double checked and documented, coated H- series bearings, rotating assemblys balanced, HV oil pumps, bypasses gone, I hope I have covered it all, I have been anal about cleanliness since I think that was part of the problem before, found the alighn hone was not great on port engine, that prob contributed to the issue with that engine, I basically just made sure what could be done was done so we'll see!!!

Thanks, both had main bearing failure, one seemed like contamination, other was lack of oil, thats the best we could come up with, I had alot of guys check it out. I decided just to make it all right for sure and start completely over.

It will be ran here in driveway, oil change then go right to Marblehead, put it in go to kelleys... I need to make it there at least once!! you can come along if you like, at least if it breaks we can get real drunk while Ron limps it, thats what I did on Memorial day!!
