Anyone have a good forged crank for a 454 laying around?
Needs to be standard or as close to as possible, also has to be a forged one..

FRANKENMOTOR.
I think the motor's have been in and out of your boat more times than your willy was with that girl on prom night.:D
Sorry man, I feel your pain.
I worked on the boat all weekend, and you wouldn't know I got anything done.
Good luck getting her back together and salvaging the season.
I've all but written off the season for myself this year.

I didn't know we can say ASSHOLE here.
I'm living by your perfection takes time theory. Or excuse...
How close are you getting?? I'm still a ways away, but it could all be put together in a "monster" week with a checkbook.
I think one of my biggest battles right now is paint. It's just about ready to shoot, but I don't have the place or the equipment to do it right.

I'm close enough to cuss every single wrong part. Are you painting the whole boat or just pieces and parts?

Hullsides.
I'm using a brush/roll-on for the bottom transom (NO, not anti-fouling) - it's an Interlux product that was new at the Miami show. VC Performance. I'm pretty happy with it.
The deck is OK, but may want to do something with it in the next few years.
I know what you mean about having the wrong parts, or parts that you have to jump through hoops to make them work.
