Whats the story on your bolster? I have a single drop down bolster in my garage. I planned on keeping it (nice to sit in and drink beer in the garage) but I might be willing to part with it. Its out of a 23 Outlaw test boat that no longer exists.

Yea, the color is perfect. Can you measure the outside width for me so I can see if it will fit. I will be coming through on thursday I hope, if you are around, maybe I can stop by.

It measures around 27" at it widest part, plus add 3" for the bracket mounted on the side that bolts to the deck wall.

It would take some time and alot of vodka to get the overspray off.:Cheers:

I have plenty of vodka and MEK. Ill measure when I get back in town but that might work

I'd be awful careful using MEK on the vinyl. Could dry it out if not used real sparingly.

Used to make vinyl, its made with MEK. except for the water based stuff which is made with THF (very bad stuff). BTW, this is not for the untrained, you can ruin it quickly of you dont know what you are doing.

Will have some mounting issues but not too bad. Will lose my cubby hole and wont have full reverse throttles but its doable.

Hopefully I will get it mounted next weekend and have the cosmetic issues taken care of this winter.
