Good question.... I had some hiljack tryin to sell me a pretty decent older F-150 that supposedly had a newer motor just put in it but needed a new serpentine belt, the old one was hangin off the engine and wasn't broke...."oh we can't take it for a ride, the plates are expired" yeah, OK
