I ordered some parts as I am traveling. They came in and there were only two packages of (2) nuts instead of three packages like I thought I ordered as they only come in packages of 2. I emailed a customer service request explaining that I ordered 3 sets of 2 and only got 2 and got this response.

WE DO NOT SELL MERC PARTS IN ANY GROUPING, ALL ARE EACH YOU TRIED TO ORDER 3 EACH WHEN IT CLEARLY SAYS THESE ARE SOLD IN MULTIPLES OF 2. YOU VIOLATED OUR POLICIES AND INSTEAD OF CANCELLING THE ORDER AS OBVIOUSLY WE SHOULD HAVE BASED ON THE LIES YOU ARE NOW ATTEMPTING TO SPIN WE PROCESSED THE ORDER ANYWAY. WELL LET ME TELL YOU THIS, I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED IN THE PAST, YOU ARE NO LONGER A CUSTOMER OF OURS. YOU ARE BANNED OFFICIALLY FROM ALL 43 WEB SITES. Im pretty sure George does the customer service. He is the chain. I have no idea whats going on there. At first I thought it was meant for someone else but no... he blasted me further threatening me with lawyers. Very wierd.

just out of curiousity what exactly did you email him? I just wonder if the way you worded your email if you some how insulted him and he got defensive. its tough to understand an argument with only one half of an email

Order number 94712. Item MER 11-35053. Ordered quantity 3, recieved only 2. I looked through all the packing thoroughly and could not find this. Need one more package of 11-35053 to complete order. Thank You.

It seems that I screwed up in the way I ordered as I should have ordered 6 instead of 3. I should be shot I quess.

Is this guy serious? I would think that he would have at least sent you an e-mail or something BEFORE processing the order, obviously he knew you wanted more than what he sent you. Why would he intentionally send out less parts than what were ordered? What an idiot!

He believes I order 3 pieces, which I should not have been able to do. I thought I ordered 3 pairs since they omly come in pair. He actually sent me 4 pieces so I got a free one. Since I wanted 6 pieces, I thought I was short 2. Understandable error since most all package quantities come as 1 package, 2 package etc but this response was over the top especially for 5$ worth of stuff.
