Any of you engine freaks know roughly how much lighter a twin SBC setup would be with using aluminum heads/intake/exhaust, instead of cast iron??

Cast iron weighs 2.6 to 2.8 pounds compared to 1 pound of aluminum.

I think aluminum heads are about 18-20lbs lighter each, intake is around 15-20 lbs lighter each, adds up fast X2
I would go aluminum on both, head choices are better and you can run more compression without issues, as far as intake, for sure aluminum, I don't really know any cast iron intakes that flow much air.

I may be able to afford them if they cut me some kind of trade.

I.E. I supply the factory with enough aluminum to make 100 blocks over the next few years. :D
