Cops came out later, think we cought them off gaurd.

Not sure on boats, Biggest turnout ive seen in 5 years (maybe 40?)

As for the big#'s im sure that belongs to the skater or the DCB that was there. Someone will chime in with some numbers.

I watched the DCB make a strong pass,, went to the far end he had his hatch up ,, told me they were just checking everything out ,, I ask how fast , and he looked at his GPS and said 148mph,,,, I believed him ,, it looked read strong when they went past ,,, oh , and by the way ,, he was pulling the big skater when they went past the midway point !!! Good stuff ! :Boating98:

****, I knew I should have gone down. Got a little too soused up on Saturday night and didn't make it out of the bed until noonish Sunday. Oh well, maybe next year, Looks like it was a great day down there tho!!!

I was a lot of fun. Lots of bad azz boats all running around in a "bath tub". Reminded me of Bristol.

I was surprised at how early everyone left. The ramp was a madhouse and by the time we pulled out, around 430-5pm everyone was gone.

I got some good pics I think. I have to sort thru and resize some for here.

I was riding in the Skater when the DCB went by and we were at about 136mph so by the way the DCB was pulling which wasn't 10+mph at that time but sure looked to be around 5 mph

Anyone else notice the Blind the hunters had set up on the East side of the lake almost directly across from the marnia? im sure those guys were pizzed as hell..

Prolly shooting at the noisey boats... I think we woke up that place on a Sunday morning.

Sailboat race was still going on when we got there and the fishermen were all scooting under the bridge to the no wake zone:)

You don't have to beleive me but the digital GPS was sitting on 147.3 the first run and 141 the second.

As I was walking to the truck I overheard some guys saying "look at that idiot in the seadoo trying to run the black boat" a few secconds later "holy ****! the seadoo just passed the black boat" :D:D

WAIT A MINUTE....I never said I didn't believe your boat didn't run that fast...I have no doubt... I talked to you about 2 years ago when you were at the Shootout...It's good to see a Procharged boat on top!
Just looked like about 5-6mph difference between them at the time..

Friends were there 2 weeks ago and the restaurant was closed, had $1 drinks at the bar and they were taking the docks out.

We'll be going somewhere close to home. May just go to Salt Fork for a change of pace and purdy leaves changing colors.

Did about 80 miles on the Oh River/Muskingum/Lil Kanahwa and also Buckeye Lake the weekend before Alum.
