Well, new to me. I picked up an older Polaris 250 ATV to f- around on. Dont know where the h#ll I am going to use it or how I am going to get it there if I ever find a place.

So far it was fun in my little yard and up and down the street!

So, whos got some land I can use?

My boss got us a "company" Honda Foreman500 this summer, I guess we will be in Tony's back yard this fall!!!

Josh, first the pee pee 250 Ninja, now a 250 four wheeler?? Is it really Sarahs???

Like i said, I dont know why I bought it and when or where I will use it but it looked fun. For the price if I use it once maybe twice I suppose it will be worth it.

I'll likely take it down to my parents house this winter and use it to tow my niece around in the snow.

Or race up and down my street and likely kill myself.

Like Tony said, come visit one weekend and bring it down to his place. Between his land and his parents, you'll have plenty of space.

You can do like we do - run Bam next to it. It's a great way to exhaust Gilligan for about 10 minutes.

DIK!

When I came home she was balling her eyes out and all I could make out was somthing about how i am never going to buy her a ring and marry her.

If I am going to have to spend the $$ to buy a ring then she should have to buy me somthing of equal value since I will get no benefit out of the ring.

Just a few thoughts...
1. Another ATV/Dirtbike
2. Jetski
3. 52 inch plasma TV
4. Motorcycle
5. Beer of the month club membership for me and 50 friends.
6. Snowmobile
7. Jaccuzzi for my deck.

DonziGirl

That isn't why you should do it. You should decide whether or not you want to spend the rest of your life with her. If yes, go buy the ring.

It shouldn't depend on what/how much she is willing to spend on your and/or your toys. That is a horrible reason and you ought to know better

As I said, it all depends on whether or not you want to spend the rest of your life together. If you do, it's that simple. If not, that's when it gets really complicated.

But you've been with her this long, you and her both probably won't change your habits or personality traits by now.

This may or may not be relavent. Here's the short version.

Best friend had been dating a girl for a few months. Moody women. Couldn't stand her....still can't. She gives new meaning to the words "ball and chain". An Aircraft Carrier doesn't have an anchor this heavy.

K, moving on. After a few months of dating I could tell he was wanting to slow things down a little. Told me he was going to let her know that weekend that he wanted to take a break and think things through a little. Wasn't sure if he was ready to be that serious forever.

I go to work Sunday night. (worked the night shift) A couple of ladies I worked with came up to me all elated telling me the "great news". Did you here "best friend" and "psycho" got engaged this weekend? WTF!!!??? He just told me they were going to take a break!!!

Come to find out she told him he was going to buy her a ring and he did it.

Fast forward to a couple of years of marriage. She quits taking the pill without his knowledge to get pregnant. He didn't want to have kids for at least another five years.

To this day he says it's no big deal.

Ive got one for the reccord books.

I used to have this friend (past tense as no one has heard from him for a few years). He and I barhopped religiously every weekend for a few years, one day I just stop hearing from him and he doesnt return my calls. I hear thru the grapevine that he has his first ever girlfriend in 22 years. After about 6 months he calls me out of the blue on a Saturday evening and wants me and our other barhopping buddy to drive to columbus to hang out with him and his new ***** at her place which he has long been moved into. We go, the words loud mouthed obnoxious c^nt would have put a halo around this girls head.

Several more months go by without hearing from him and he calls me one day and tells me that he is going to Austrailia for a month to visit the ***** and that she has been studdying abroad there for the summer, mind you my buddy was a dozzer operator, taking off the entire month of July was definatley not in his best interest. A few months later he calls with the voice of a puppy who had just been whipped wanting to go to the bar. he then tells me that 3 days into his Austrailia trip he finds out that she was cheating on him and had to spend most of the month wandering around Austrailia by him self, lost and broken hearted and how he should have listened to all of his friends and he was sorry for blowing us all off for so long. We go back to our regular bar hopping schedule for several months. Little did I know that would be the last I would hear from him for a few more years.

Now........If that wasnt enough to turn even the most hopeless romantic into a devout woman hater then I dont know what is.

One random barhopping weekend he doenst answer my call, or the next day, or the next.....OH BOY, HERE WE GO AGAIN!

I start hearing thru the grapevine that good ole Luke has found himself another one even worse than the last. Six months later I hear they are married and expecting a kid and she quit her McDonalds grade job, and that she made him hand over the keys to his new Silverado to her and go but a POS car for himself to drive. BTW at the time they are living in her grandparents basement.

So, Im at a party one night and get a tap on the shouldner, I turn around and its Luke, part of me wanted to deck him but I didnt, all he kept saying was "I'm sorry" I ask about the new wiff and he says, "shees in the car and doesnt want to get out" 5 minutes later I turn around and he is gone, tail lights down the road. I have since then heard that they are still at the grandparents house, she still refuses to work, and he is still miserable.

Some guys never learn.

I learned my lesson when the one girl said these two lines

1. "By this time next year I expect a ring a ring on my finger"

2. "I will take your paycheck and do all the book keeping, just like my mom does"
Ya, you should have seen here pathetic dad, he probably couldnt by a cup of coffe in the morning..............

I dont know which one it was but, I said Hell Now.................... I quit talking to her after puttin g 2 and 2 toghether and never looked.

On a side note, she did say she wanted to have a kid by a certain age........ Sure as ****, she found some sorry sucker to make it happen. I saw her at a wallgreens and alomst lost it. Thank the Lord I new to get the hell out. Another side note, she did support me at all for going to college.

This is the reason I have what I have! Although she did make a bad investment without talking to me fist. Thank God the person that sold it to her F'd up bad and we were able to recover all the money with interest to place into another higher yield investment.
Bottom line I would spend it! She saves it! So guess who gets the money in our house hold!
