Anyone have or know of a 4 wheel drive pickup for sale. Prefer Chev but not stuck on it. V8 for sure. CHEAP. I just need something to haul the boat a couple times a year and haul engines and stuff around. 1/2 ton ok.

Dad has a RED Tahoe. Will that pull it? Or call him and tell him what you are looking for.

I need a pickup. Need the bed for engines. Thanks anyway. I just let a great Tahoo go here at work because of no bed.

Your missing out then, the casual encounters are awesome! There is a guy that constantly posts something like "straight cute naked dude looking for other naked dudes to help remodel house". I wonder if thats Frank posting again??

Looks like Im buying a 1992 GMC 4x4 in nice shape with 70k on it. New tires, exhaust, 350tbi, extended cab short bed, not sure on price yet, hope to get it for 4k. Old but in better shape than most of the newer stuff I have been looking at and I can work on it if need be.

Car dealers/salesman are the lowest form of scum on this earth. (not including Gregs dad). Aholes sold it out from under me because they couldnt wait 3 days for me to get back in town to pay for it. And this is a dealer I have bought all my vehicles from. Not any more.

Still looking.

Congrats Tom!
Nice looking truck!
As far as the bedliner issue goes, that always seems to turn into a pissing contest like most trivial issues...everyone has their favorite and everyone else is wrong.
Buy what you like and tell everyone that tells you different to kiss your azz.

I had a full size plastic liner in the bed of my old truck. Best thing I did.

I agree, but a good liner keeps **** from sliding around back there. It sucks when you have to nail the brakes and an engine block starts heading for the cab. And noooo, I wont tie it down either. At least you'll never see a cap on it.

I hate to get into the RhinoLiner/plastic bedliner/mat/whatever fracas (and it always ends up a battle on the truck forums)..
but I use a rubber bed mat. I can take it out in 5 seconds to hose out the bed, it was cheap, sh!t doesn't slide around on it, doesn't grind the hide off yer knuckles, but it will ball up like a throw rug if you try to slide something in from the tailgate.

Again, I would do that too, the chevy has always just had a mat but I have to deal with this mess somehow and a mat isnt going to do it. I think Im stuck having it sprayed.
Im hoping a high pressure washer might get the rest of the black off.

Cant you buy those "do it yourself" kits and roll that black sh*t on? Crazy Bastard did his and it looked great. Havent seen it in awhile though.

I use the rubber mat in mine, my only gripe is when you want something heavy to slide in it wont, it will just push the mat on the other hand once its in there it doesnt move.

I had the crew truck Rhino lined last winter for $450 it was worth every penny that truck bed takes some major physical and chemical abuse.

99% of the time those DIY roll on/ spray on kits dont last for chit, but if your just going to have the random cooler, a bunch of empty beer cans, and the occasional puking Casper then I suppose it would be OK.

Heres a couple pics of the new (well new to me) ROGUE truck. Its a 97 Ram 1500 with the 3/4 ton suspension, 4 wheel, 5.9 litre, 125K miles and runs great. Now if I can find a good trailer or brake axles for the Rogue trailer, maybe I can haul it around to some other places.
